My name is Jeroen van de Kolk and I am a Project Manager. I perform this position in NEDCON's Realization department. In this department we supervise the projects of the automated systems, these are the larger and more substantial projects for us. My daily work consists of controlling the technology, finances and planning. Of course, we do this together as a team!

What can you tell about the Realization department, in which you work?
In this department we are seated together as Project Managers and are supported by Project Support. Our department has a very open character which makes it very accessible for all project (team) members.

What makes NEDCON a good employer in your opinion?
There is a nice working environment, you get a high degree of independence, there are good development opportunities and there is a pleasant and open working atmosphere.

What is the greatest product that NEDCON has developed?
NEDCON stepped into the development of shuttle technology very early on, so that today we have built up a lot of know-how and we are a renowned player for the design and supply of such racking systems. The world of e-commerce, for example, is unthinkable without the use of shuttle technology for logistics.
