Delivery times are set in stone at NEDCON. Our planners focus totally on making sure that engineering, production, procurement and installation are perfectly aligned with each other so that we can deliver on our delivery time promises. The capacity planners in Doetinchem set the parameters: we already book the required manpower, materials and production capacity during the quotation phase. After the order is granted, they further define these parameters together with production planning in Pardubice (Czech Republic) and their colleagues in sales, project management, engineering, procurement and installation. They are thoroughly familiar with the NEDCON process and therefore always manage to find the required time and capacity together with the involved departments. The planners in Pardubice are responsible for the most efficient staffing establishment of our production capacity and they make sure that our products are shipped out exactly on time in accordance with the agreed delivery schedules. Together they put in place a planning on which we can (literally) build.
