An assessment is part of some application procedures. When you are invited for a first job interview, the recruiter will inform you about the complete application procedure.
NEDCON determines the best procedure for each vacancy. This means that there may be a difference in the procedure per vacancy.
In general, an application procedure at NEDCON has 2 job interviews and a job-related interview. However, we also have the opportunity to hold a presentation round, we conduct job interviews using Skype and / or use assessments. When you are invited for a first job interview, the recruiter will inform you about the complete application procedure.
