Accounting & Control

With many international customers and a diverse range of projects, the work of NEDCON’s Accounting & Control department is varied and dynamic. Accounting takes care of the financial administration, with a focus on detailed administration of projects, while Control is responsible for the various management reports, budgeting, internal projects and supervising the operations of NEDCON and its international subsidiaries. The employees are analytical, committed and stay informed of changes to international tax and other legislation. The managers report to the CFO and are important sparring partners for the Board of Directors and the business unit management. This department is expected to stay alert for potential improvements and to take initiative in this regard. Whether this means digitization of the financial processes or the streamlining of the reports for the ERP system.
