(Project) Engineer

As a (Project) Engineer, you will collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders on a wide variety of customer challenges within the world of warehouse solutions. You will translate customer requirements into technically feasible designs and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

This is what you will do

As a (Project) Engineer, you are responsible for the design and engineering of our projects. You translate customer requirements into complete solutions and ensure these are feasible and practical to implement. In doing so, you coordinate effectively with all stakeholders and safeguard quality while keeping the customer’s needs in mind.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to technical challenges and customer solutions throughout the different phases of a project.
  • Translate customer requirements and specifications into complete technical designs and documentation.
  • Design tailor-made solutions based on standard modular components and systems.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers and colleagues from different disciplines to achieve the best possible solution.
  • Monitor the quality, feasibility and practicality of designs and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Actively contribute to improvements in products, processes and ways of working, while sharing your knowledge within the team.

Who you are

You are an enthusiastic and committed colleague who enjoys working together on technical challenges. You like variety, think in terms of solutions and can easily switch between different tasks. You are customer-oriented and feel at home in an environment where colleagues support one another, share knowledge and work together to achieve the best results.

You also bring:

  • A completed technical degree, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
  • Good command of both Dutch and English. German is an advantage.
  • Experience with a technical drawing package such as AutoCAD or Creo.
  • A customer-focused and flexible mindset, combined with a collaborative attitude.
