Our privacy and cookie statement in short
Your privacy is of great importance to us. We therefore adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we:
- Clearly define our purposes before we process your personal data, through this privacy and cookie statement
- Storing as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes.
- Explicitly seek consent to the processing of your personal data, should consent be required.
- Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties who process personal data for us.
- Respect your rights, such as the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data processed with us.
For what purposes do we use your personal data
We obtain various personal data from you. For each purpose, we indicate what data we obtain from you, for what purpose we process it and for how long it is stored. If you have questions or want to know exactly what we keep track of, please contact us. The contact details are at the bottom of this privacy statement or can be found under contact details on the website.
Contact and complaint handling
When you send us an e-mail message, fill out the contact form on the website, contact us by phone, or contact us in any other way, you accept our offer to engage with us (execution of agreement).
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
- Name
- Contact information (e-mail address and phone number)
- Any information you enter yourself as the content of a message
Any information you enter yourself in an attachment (CV, cover letter and references)We store these contact moments with the personal data you provide for the purpose of carrying out the contact and dealing with your complaint if necessary. We keep this information as long as necessary for this contact or up to 2 years after we last had contact with you, because we want to be sure that we have handled your question or complaint properly
Visiting our offices
When you visit one of our offices by appointment, in order to fulfill the appointment with you, we record the following personal data:
- Name
- Contact details
- Appointment Details
This data is kept for a maximum of 1 day.
ReCAPTCHA
We use ReCAPTCHA to prevent misuse of our consent form. By indicating that you are not a robot is verified:
- How quickly the form is completed;
- What mouse movements are made while filling in;
- The IP address of the person filling out the form.
This data is analyzed by Google LLC. From this, Google determines whether they are dealing with a legitimate visitor or a bot. A legitimate visitor then only has to click a check mark, confirming that he or she is not a robot. The message can then be sent to the recipient via the form. Working at NEDCON
Have you responded to one of our vacancies or submitted an open application? If so, we process your personal data in order to process your application and in preparation for the possible conclusion of an employment contract.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data
- Name and address details
- Contact information (e-mail address and phone number)
- Social media account (LinkedIn)
- Curriculum
- Motivation letter
- Passport Photo
- Salary Indication
- References
- Any other information you send with your application
Your application data will be stored according to the legal deadlines in the respective country or as long as necessary for the application process. We keep this data so that we can contact you in case the position becomes vacant again within the probationary period or to comply with legal obligations. If you join us, we keep your application data in the personnel file. This file will be kept for as long as necessary and, with regard to application data, for up to 2 years after employment.

When may we share your personal data with third parties?
NEDCON shares your data with third parties only when permitted by current law. We may provide your personal data to third parties because:
- we have engaged them to process certain data;
- we have a legal basis for doing so;
- we are required to do so by law (for example, if the police require it in the case of suspected crime).

International transfer of personal data
Some of our suppliers are outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When sharing your personal data with these parties, we take appropriate safeguards to protect your privacy.
The European Commission has adopted adequacy decisions for 15 countries. Based on an adequacy decision, personal data can be safely transferred from the EEA to companies in these countries without the need for additional data protection safeguards.
If we share data with companies in other countries without an adequacy decision (or U.S. companies not covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), we take additional protection measures in the form of so-called appropriate safeguards. This means that we take additional action to protect your personal data. Among other things, we use standard contractual clauses (“SCCs”) for this purpose.
When we transfer your personal data to parties outside the EEA on the basis of SCCs, you have the following rights:
- Request information on the pass-through, including a copy of the SCCs.
- Contact both us and the receiving party for information.
- Submit complaints to the receiving party, Personal Data Authority, a competent court in the EEA or an independent dispute resolution body.
- Claim damages for violation of SCCs.
These rights are in addition to your general privacy rights under the GDPR.
This privacy and cookie statement applies only to NEDCON’s services and not to other websites accessible through our website.

On our website we use social media buttons, which redirect you to the relevant social media platforms. This gives you the option to follow us and share content within the network. You will also see advertisements on your social media page. The buttons work because of pieces of code that come from the social media networks. Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We therefore take appropriate technical and organizational measures with respect to the processing of personal data to be performed, against loss or against any form of unlawful processing (such as unauthorized access, impairment, modification or disclosure of the personal data). We constantly update security and pay close attention to what can go wrong
What privacy rights do you have?
- Right of inspection: you have the right to inspect the personal data we process about you.
- Right to rectification: you have the right to correct or supplement the personal data we process about you if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data, including direct marketing.
- Right of deletion: you can request us to delete your personal data.
- Right to withdraw your consent: if you have given us consent to process personal data, you may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Right to data portability: if it is technically possible, you have the right to have the personal data we process about you transferred to a third party.
- Right to restrict processing: in some cases, you can request us to restrict (temporarily or otherwise) the processing of your personal data.
With your request, we may ask you to identify yourself. We request information for this purpose to ensure that you are the correct person to whom the personal data belongs.
In principle, we will comply with your request within 30 days. However, this deadline may be extended for reasons related to specific privacy rights or the complexity of the request. If we extend this deadline, we will notify you in a timely manner.

When our services change, we naturally need to update the privacy and cookie statement as well. So always pay attention to the date at the top of this document and check regularly for new versions.
Submit questions or complaints
If you have any questions, or would like to make a complaint about the use of your personal data, please email recruitment@nedcon.com. We will address each question and complaint internally and communicate further with you. If you feel we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulator. This is called the Personal Data Authority.
