Interview by phone

First & second interview

During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department.

Contract proposal

We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.

This is what you will do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the assigned projects within the System Integrators department. In practice, this means taking ownership of multiple projects at the same time. Your responsibility begins the moment the project is awarded to us and handed over by one of our Account Managers.

You are the link between our client, end customer and suppliers. You monitor project progress and coordination while maintaining strong relationships with our customers. At all times, you keep key criteria in mind: scope, budget, time, and quality. You also carry full responsibility for the financial management of the projects.

Your key responsibilities:

Monitor progress and coordinate projects
Maintain strong relationships with our customers
Lead an average of 3 to 5 team members reporting to you per project
Take responsibility for financial control of assignments
Coach and guide other (junior) colleagues

Who you are

As our new Senior Project Manager, you play a leading role in managing complex and challenging projects. You have proven project management skills (including claim, change and risk management). You are a team player and don’t mind traveling on average two days per week within Europe and occasionally to North America. In addition, you have a strong affinity with technology and/or experience working in a technical environment.

You also bring:

8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an international environment
IPMA-C certification or equivalent qualification
Higher professional education (HBO) or university-level degree in a relevant (technical) field
Proven leadership qualities
Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written
