As an Installation Manager, you will ensure our international installation projects run smoothly, from planning to delivery. You will be the key link between the client, team and the organization, making a real impact by guaranteeing safety, quality and collaboration.

This is what you will do

As an Installation Manager, you will coordinate and lead installation projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee material flow, scheduling and budgets while managing teams effectively. You will maintain strong communication with clients and partners, enforce safety standards and keep project documentation up to date.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leading the execution of installation projects and coordinating on-site teams
  • Planning and monitoring material flow, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Maintaining daily contact with clients and partners on-site
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and taking corrective action when necessary
  • Coaching and supporting Site Supervisors and Site Foremen in their work and development
  • Keeping project documentation accurate and reporting on progress, issues and solutions
  • Assisting the Sales team during the quotation phase by discussing installation pricing, assembly conditions and capacity planning
  • Contributing to product and system development

Who you are

You are a problem-solving professional with strong planning and organizational skills. You know what needs to be done and ensure clear agreements, procedures, tasks and timelines. You keep an overview, monitor performance and take action when needed. With your communication skills and results-driven mindset, you make sure projects run smoothly and on schedule. You are detail-oriented, persistent and committed to quality.

You also bring:

  • A completed technical education (MBO+/HBO) or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading installation or assembly projects, preferably in an international setting
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written); Dutch and German are a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site regularly (international travel may be required)
