Interview by phone

We have arranged a suitable time by mail. During this telephone conversation we can already get acquainted and you can ask us questions. We would like to get to know you better and that is why we also have a number of questions for you.

First & second interview

During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department.

Contract proposal

We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.

Your responsibilities

As Legal Counsel, you and your team ensure that NEDCON is well-positioned from a legal perspective. You support our management and colleagues from departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Installation and others with general legal questions. You play a key role in contract drafting as well as identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Your tasks include:

Advising and supporting the company in all legal matters, particularly in contract law and compliance
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating national and international contracts
Monitoring current case law and legislative developments
Claims management
Engaging and coordinating with external laywers, also internationally
Conducting legal training for departments and management teams

Your profile

With your analytical mindset and structured, solution-oriented approach, you’re a great fit for our team. Your strong communication skills help you explain complex legal topics in a clear and practical way to non-legal colleagues and you can negotiate contracts effectively. You thrive in an international work environment and are comfortable dealing with a wide range of legal issues. Your workplace is in Doetinchem and you would be willing to relocate here or to commute.

You bring:

A degree in Business Law (Bachelor or Master of Law) or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the legal field (e.g., contract law, data protection, compliance) is an advantage
Experience in an internationally operating company is a plus
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
