As a TQM Consultant you will support our process owners in optimizing their processes. As a sparring partner of top managers, you will work on internal improvement projects that will ultimately ensure that our processes work more effectively at all locations.

NEDCON is a global player in the field of storage systems. From manual warehouse racking and semi-automatic systems to an integrated approach for complex and automated warehouse equipment. We design, manufacture, supervise, assemble and install these systems all over the world. And we have been doing so since 1969.
With a team of more than 500 colleagues, spread over three locations in the Netherlands, the United States and the Czech Republic, we install impressive projects around the world that are getting bigger and therefore more complex. As a TQM Consultant you will join our growing TQM team. You will work on internal improvement projects focused on process optimization. Collaboration in this role is crucial as you will work closely with process owners, users and digitization teams. You will support the process owner throughout the project. By listening carefully to the needs of the stakeholders and your knowledge of the process, you will come up with an appropriate solution or change.
We value the human side of change management: you must be able to inspire your colleagues and get them on board with changes. You also have project management skills, including making workbreaks and actively monitoring deadlines to successfully complete projects.

Interview by phone
We have arranged a suitable time by mail. During this telephone conversation we can already get acquainted and you can ask us questions. We would like to get to know you better and that is why we also have a number of questions for you such as your expectations of NEDCON, the reason you applied at NEDCON and your salary indication. We ask these questions to clarify the expectations from both sides.
First job interview
During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. For us, it is important that you fit with NEDCON and that we are the desired employer for you.
Second job interview
Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.
Contract proposal
We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
