NEDCON is a global player in the field of storage systems. From manual warehouse racking and semi-automatic systems to an integrated approach for complex and automated warehouse equipment.We design, manufacture, supervise, assemble and install these systems all over the world. And we have been doing so since 1969.
With a team of more than 500 colleagues, spread over three locations in the Netherlands, the United States and the Czech Republic, we install impressive projects around the world that are getting bigger and therefore more complex. In the position of Senior Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for assigned projects in the System Integrators department. In practice this means that you are responsible for several projects simultaneously. This responsibility starts the moment the order is awarded to us and one of our Account Managers hands the project over to you. You are the link between our client, end customer and suppliers. You monitor the progress and coordination of projects and maintain a good relationship with our clients. You also take into account criteria such as scope, budget, time and quality at all times. You also bear responsibility for the financial management of assignments.

Interview by phone
We have arranged a suitable time by mail. During this telephone conversation we can already get acquainted and you can ask us questions. We would like to get to know you better and that is why we also have a number of questions for you such as your expectations of NEDCON, the reason you applied at NEDCON and your salary indication. We ask these questions to clarify the expectations from both sides.
First job interview
During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. For us, it is important that you fit with NEDCON and that we are the desired employer for you.
Second job interview
Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.
Contract proposal
We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
