A good cooperation is always necessary when realizing fully automatic storage systems worldwide. Our Europe Team consists of ambitious Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Account Solution Engineers, Structural Engineers and Project Managers. As a team, we make every effort to achieve our customers' goals by devising storage solutions that provide our customers with benefits and efficiency. In this role you will also have the opportunity to visit our international customers and projects.

What does the job entail?

You are responsible for translating customer demand into a concrete solution and you prepare the corresponding calculations. Based on this, you prepare the right quotation.

Examples of specific activities are:

determining the appropriate configuration (independently or with the team);
determining the correct components by using tooling or supplying the correct information with more complex systems;
performing cost price calculations;
prepare the quotation;
sharing information and coordination with and outside our team.

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to have a technical or commercial bachelor degree. You can easily read and interpret technical drawings. Working with office programs is a piece of cake for you. In connection with our international customers you have a good command of the Dutch, English and preferably German language.

Interview by phone

We have arranged a suitable time by mail. During this telephone conversation we can already get acquainted and you can ask us questions. We would like to get to know you better and that is why we also have a number of questions for you such as your expectations of NEDCON, the reason you applied at NEDCON and your salary indication. We ask these questions to clarify the expectations from both sides.

First job interview

During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. For us, it is important that you fit with NEDCON and that we are the desired employer for you.

Second job interview

Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.

Contract proposal

We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
