In the position of R&D Engineer you are an indispensable link in the team, supporting our projects worldwide from our headquarters in Doetinchem.
As our new R&D Engineer you will be working in the Research, Development & Products department. Your immediate colleagues are engaged in product development, performing tests and implementing digitization projects. So there is plenty to see here and a lot to learn from each other!

Your range of duties is very diverse. You perform various analyses in the areas of fatigue, stability and dynamics. In addition, you perform static analyses with plasticity. In doing so, you make use of the software tools available within NEDCON.

You preferably have experience within a technical organization. We are looking for someone with ambition.
You are able to keep an overview. You work accurately and make optimal use of our systems. You have general knowledge of calculation tools such as Abaqus and good knowledge of Dutch and English. German is an advantage.

Interview by phone

We ask these questions to clarify the expectations from both sides.
First job interview
During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. For us, it is important that you fit with NEDCON and that we are the desired employer for you.
Second job interview
Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.
Contract proposal
We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
