In the position of Product Developer at our headquarters in Doetinchem, you execute the product development of one or more product groups; this involves adjustments to the existing product portfolio and also its expansion. Together with the Product Manager, you are responsible for the development process of our components and/or storage systems. You are actively involved in the development of new (standard) products and changes within existing products, for which you make the drawings and prototypes, perform tests and help determine cost prices. Finally, you transfer everything documented to your immediate colleagues for implementation.
You will be working in the Product Management & Development team, which is part of the Products & Technology department and consists of 20+ colleagues who are involved in managing the product groups and software applications for our systems. As Product Developer, you are involved with the technical content of the development of our systems on a daily basis. This starts with the drafting of a project plan containing the product requirements and ends with the delivery of the desired product information. You provide periodic progress reports and presentations and you contribute to the further design of the product development process within NEDCON.
