In this versatile position in the Marketing & Communication department, you will have a key role in translating our organizational goals into clear messages for our employees and external stakeholders. In this role you dare to take the lead and take on projects independently. You know how to make colleagues enthusiastic for your ideas and you execute them decisively!
Together with the Marketing & Communication Manager you are responsible for the execution of all marketing & communication activities. You are responsible for internal communication and events, keeping our socials up to date, setting up mailings in cooperation with colleagues from our sales departments and you support the organization of international trade fairs. You will also work with designers, photographers and videographers to develop appealing content.
NEDCON is the global leader in storage systems. We are constantly developing our systems, our projects are getting bigger and bigger, and our workforce is growing as well. This naturally presents challenges for our department: how do we keep customers informed of all our developments and keep both customers and employees loyal to our company? This means that you will also deal with the topic of Employer Branding, in which you will seek cooperation with colleagues from our HR department.

As a Marketing & Communication Professional, you know how to formulate the right messages via off- and online channels. By proactively contacting colleagues and getting the right information, you create informative and creative content. You also monitor results and engage in the further professionalization of the marketing & communication department.

Interview by phone
We have arranged a suitable time by mail. During this telephone conversation we can already get acquainted and you can ask us questions. We ask these questions to clarify the expectations from both sides.
First job interview
During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. For us, it is important that you fit with NEDCON and that we are the desired employer for you.
Second job interview
Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.
Contract proposal
We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
