NEDCON
NEDCON designs, produces and builds storage racks. Worldwide. Since 2004, NEDCON has been an independent part of the international steel group voestalpine. The NEDCON head office is located in Doetinchem. In addition, we have our own production location in Pardubice (Czech Republic) and there are NEDCON branches in various European countries and the United States. We also offer our products through a resellers network.
In automatic storage racks, bins are automatically removed from the rack by, for example, a shuttle. This activity causes vibrations in the rack. In one of our types of racking, the vibrations cause the trays to slowly vibrate from their place, so that the shuttles can no longer take the product out of the compartment. To prevent the containers from moving, the shelf can be perforated and marked.

Interview by phone
We have arranged a suitable time by mail. During this telephone conversation we can already get acquainted and you can ask us questions. We would like to get to know you better and that is why we also have a number of questions for you such as your expectations of NEDCON, the reason you applied at NEDCON and your salary indication. We ask these questions to clarify the expectations from both sides.
First job interview
During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. For us, it is important that you fit with NEDCON and that we are the desired employer for you.
Second job interview
Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.
Contract proposal
We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
