In this Engineer position at NEDCON, you will work in one of the market teams in our System Integrators department. We have created a new program within this department: Compact & Standard (CS). With this program, we focus on "small" fully automated projects. NEDCON provides the scaffolding on which this automatic system runs and this does not require an extensive development phase. This allows us to quickly serve customers/partners with the required solution. The CS program is well received by our customers/partners and is experiencing rapid growth in the market.
You and two other colleagues are directly responsible for realizing these CS projects In coordination with the customer/partner you will set up the approval drawings and deal with detail engineering. In addition, you regularly coordinate with various other disciplines within the organization, such as Purchasing, Production and Installation. In short, a versatile position in a dynamic team in which you immediately see your efforts reflected in the results!
In this position you will work in a multidisciplinary team. You are involved from request to the realization of the project. In addition to the fact that the lines in the team are short, the lines with our (international) clients are also short. In this position you also offer support to sales by making concept drawings and providing advice to arrive at an optimal concept.

Interview by phone

First job interview

Second job interview
Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.
Contract proposal
We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
