NEDCON is a global player in the field of storage systems. From manual warehouse racking and semi-automated systems to an integrated approach for complex and automated warehouse equipment. As Legal Counsel, you and your team ensure that NEDCON is well-positioned from a legal perspective. You support our management and colleagues from departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Installation and others with general legal questions. You play a key role in contract drafting as well as identifying and mitigating legal risks.

With your analytical mindset and structured, solution-oriented approach, you’re a great fit for our team. Your strong communication skills help you explain complex legal topics in a clear and practical way to non-legal colleagues and you can negotiate contracts effectively. You thrive in an international work environment and are comfortable dealing with a wide range of legal issues. Your workplace is in Doetinchem and you would be willing to relocate here or to commute.

Interview by phone
We have arranged a suitable time by mail. During this telephone conversation we can already get acquainted and you can ask us questions. We would like to get to know you better and that is why we also have a number of questions for you such as your expectations of NEDCON, the reason you applied at NEDCON and your salary indication. We ask these questions to clarify the expectations from both sides.
First job interview
During the first meeting, we can show you NEDCON and we can get to know each other. We will discuss the competences you need for the job. For us, it is important that you fit with NEDCON and that we are the desired employer for you.
Second job interview
Are we and you enthusiastic? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview. In this conversation we discuss in detail the content of the position, the team and the department. Depending on your position, we ask you to give a presentation or we use an assessment.
Contract proposal
We know enough after two job interviews. We have a good picture of you and hopefully you are excited to work at NEDCON. We offer you a one-year contract with the intention to convert this into permanent employment.
