Starting April, we introduce you our new robotic line at our production plant in Pardubice. These new robots weld our standard beams. We use these type of beams to construct our pallet racking systems.
These new robots ensure a huge improvement in technology. Now, production process of components is much more flexible. The new robotic line also contain of unique handling parts. The camera function, implemented in the robots, carry out visual inspection of all weld seams. Therefore, the beams are of even better quality.
Another benefit is that there is generally better economy of the workplace taking advantage of the state-of-the-art technology. When we take a closer look at health & safety issues, there is huge improvement in the ergonomics of the workplace. Now, the robots perform work with higher risks and this reduces the always-existing risk of accidents. These robots also produce less fume than our former machines. These cases make the job more attractive for future employees.
