I am Francesco Bovio and I am originally from Italy. I am a Structural Engineer and I have been working at NEDCON for 4 years now. I design the steel structures for our racking systems. Mainly I deal with the design of automatic systems that we realize together with our system partners. In NEDCON we develop projects that we build all over the world. From Europe, the United States to other countries.

What does the department you work in look like?
We have a great and large team consisting of more than 30 colleagues. There is a lot of contribution and interaction between senior, middle and new colleagues in an high skilled environment.

Why do you think many colleagues have been working at NEDCON for so long?
I think employees don't leave NEDCON because there is a nice working environment and a fun atmosphere. You just don't feel alone at NEDCON. These are some of the many reasons as far as I'm concerned. 

What makes NEDCON a good place to work?
NEDCON's market is expanding all over the world. So you have the opportunity to work, apply and improve your skills in various countries around the world.

What is your best memory of your time at NEDCON so far?
That is the nice party that was thrown= for the 50th anniversary of NEDCON in 2019.

Because there is the chance to be part of an international company based on a solid culture and a lot of challenging and interesting projects around the world.
